Day 21

The Power of Relevance

When you discover and live out your purpose, you become irreplaceable.

You’re no longer just an option—you become the only surviving solution for a specific problem. That’s what it means to be relevant.

Day 20

You Are Already Equipped

God didn’t just give you an assignment—He gave you everything you need to fulfil it.

Just like a doctor is trained for health problems and a lawyer is trained in legal matters, you have been divinely shaped to succeed in your own purpose.

Day 19

Trying to Be Someone Else is a Trap.

Can you imagine the disaster of a man trying to get pregnant? He wasn’t created with a womb to carry a baby, no fallopian tubes, and no ovaries to produce eggs. It’s clear how unnatural and damaging that would be.

Day 18

Every invention was born because of a need.

Every solution came into existence because something was broken.
And you—yes, you—exist because the world has a problem that only you can solve.
There is no such thing as an unnecessary life. If you’re alive, it’s because your solution is still needed.

Day 17

You Are a Unique Solution

Every human being is born with a purpose—a unique problem to solve.

And here’s a powerful truth: A solution only reveals its true value when it connects to the right problem.

You become valuable when you solve the right problem.

Day 16

To Every Problem, there is a Relevant Solution

The truth is – a problem will remain unsolved until the right and relevant solution is applied.

I therefore define ‘Relevance’ as the state of being the exact and necessary solution to a current problem. And in the context of your purpose in life, ‘Relevance’ is discovering and connecting to the unique problem you were created to solve, thereby becoming ‘The Right Solution’.

Day 15

What do you understand by the word True Success?

Ask ten people what success means, and you’ll get ten different answers—wealth, power, happiness, fame. But what does success mean from God’s perspective?

Day 14

True Success and Relevance is rooted in Solving the Right Problem

Solve the right or you will build brilliance on the foundation of nothing.

Day 13

The benefit of principles, and why the obedience to principle is the gamechanger in the journey to purpose and relevance.

The First Benefit:
Principles Make Success Predictable and Automatic
The Second Benefit:
Principles Provide a Level Playing Field

Day 12

Principles are like keys.

Every key opens a specific lock. Just like that, every principle opens the door to a specific area of success in life, whether in our secular lives, academics, spiritual relationship, family, business or finance.

Day 11

Life Is Governed by Principles

Let’s face it: nothing works outside of principles. No device functions properly without following its instructions. Your life, just like a machine, has been designed to work best within certain guidelines— and these are the principles that God has put in place.

Day 10

A piano can make beautiful music—or produce awful noise. It all depends on who’s playing it.

When a trained pianist sits at the keys, a melody fills the room. But when someone without skill touches those same keys, the sound is unpleasant—even though it’s the same instrument.

Life is the same way.

Day 9

There are Two Foundational Knowledge Every Young Person Must Have.

1. The Knowledge of God
2- The Knowledge of Your Purpose

This isn’t just knowing about God—it’s about entering a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. That’s how you begin to truly understand who He is and what He desires for your life.

Day 8

You can’t outperform your level of knowledge and understanding in any area of life.

And that is Why Knowledge Matters

If you want to live a life of true success and significance, you must understand the principles that govern it.

Day 7

Is Your Ladder on the Right Wall?

Stephen Covey said in his book ‘The 7 habits of highly effective people’: “It’s incredibly easy to get caught up in an activity trap, in the busy-ness of life, to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success, only to realize it’s leaning against the wrong wall.”

Day 6

You can be successfully wrong.

This means you can be good at the wrong things.

You can do “good” things that impress people, earn money, even get awards… and still miss your life’s purpose completely.

Day 5

When you don’t know who you really are, you will try to become everything you were never meant to be, and that’s the fastest way to fail.

Imagine a fish leaving the water to join the birds in the sky—just because it feels the birds are more visible and celebrated than it is beneath the ocean. What do you think would happen to that fish? It would die.

Day 4

Your purpose is your Assignment Zone.

There’s a specific place in life where your contribution is most needed. That’s your assignment zone. That’s where God expects your light to shine brightest.

The sooner you find that zone, the sooner your life becomes more meaningful and impactful—not just for you, but for others, and ultimately for God’s glory.

Day 3

You were made on Purpose and for a Purpose

Everything God created has a reason—even ants, birds, and insects. You, however, are far more valuable than any of these. If they have purpose, then so do you.

You’re not an accident. Even if your birth wasn’t planned by your parents, it was planned by God.

There’s greatness inside you, waiting to be unlocked. But it only manifests when you live intentionally—with a clear sense of purpose.

Day 2

My Purpose-Discovery Journey

Indeed, Today’s actions and inactions are tomorrow’s reality.

You are not too young to begin your pursuit of destiny. In fact, according to the Bible, your youth is your season of enlistment for greatness.

Day 1

The Problem I see and The Solution I bring

One of the major challenges facing humanity today is the crisis of purpose and identity—

Too many young people are living without a clear sense of direction, meaning, or identity.

And nothing destroys a life more quickly than ignorance: ignorance of who you are, why you exist, the greatness within you, and most importantly—ignorance of God.

Episode 2

This is a continuation from the last episode and we are focusing on the dangers of ignorance. We established that ignorance is likened to being in darkness, and the fact that 6 things happen in darkness as such: 1-Fear, 2-Confusion, 3-Wrong Decision-Making, 4- Stumbling and Falling, 5-Injuries (Consequences), 5- Death and Destruction. Death and destruction are the primary goals of the devil and he accomplishes this by keeping God's children ignorant. John 10:10; Hosea 4:6; Psalm 82:5-7.

Episode 1

In this First Episode of BARY With Femi, we seek to enlighten every young person about the essential role their youthful seasons play towards their glorious future. We established that the youthful season is likened to the foundation of a building, and just as the height of every building depends on the strength and depth of the foundation, so also must every youth invest in the development of their youthful season, because the way they live today will determine to a large extent what becomes of them in future. We then established that a principal way to develop that youthful season is by loving and seeking Knowledge. Hosea 4:6, "My People are destroyed because of Ignorance."
