About Femi
Femi Ikotun is a passionate inspirational speaker, author, and youth mentor, deeply committed to raising a generation of purpose-driven young people. His life’s mission in the last 16 years has been to help youths discover their God-given purpose early—so they can become impactful and relevant agents of change in today’s world.
He is the founder of BARY Academy, a dynamic mentorship and training platform for young people (Mid-Teens and Young Adults). Through purpose-centred workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and engaging learning experiences, BARY helps the next generation discover who they are, understand why they’re here, and begin building the life they were created to live.
With a heart for transformation and a voice that speaks with clarity and relevance, Femi continues to inspire thousands to live with intention, love with sacrifice, and lead with authenticity.
He currently resides in the U.K. with his family and travels extensively equipping young minds, empowering future leaders, and igniting purpose in lives across the globe.

My life’s purpose and mission is to raise young relevant agents of change in the society here and now for the glory of God.
My Manifesto
Why
My motive is driven from the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:14. Jesus said these words concerning the lost sheep, which is relevant to young people: “Even so, it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.”
Who
My audience are Mid-Teenagers and Young Adult.
Where
My location will be both online and offline such as religious settings (Christian and non-Christian gatherings), schools, colleges, universities, Youth Centres, Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions.
When
The time to get this done is now.
How
My personal vision is to Inspire young people to discover purpose on time, and this will be done through authoring books and speaking at youth engagements such as seminars and conferences. As a purpose-discovery and talent development specialist in young people, I have established a coaching, training and mentorship platform called BARY Academy to achieve my Mission.
